Cancellation and Refund policy

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed with us ,kindly do so within 24 hrs of order placement.Cancellation request for customised or pre booked or personlised orders are not possible under any circumstances .We do not encourage returns or refunds for any of our products as we take utmost care in ensuring high quality standards for all our products .However if any customer has recieved damaged or defective clothing ,they can initiate a refund or exchange request with in 24 hrs of reciept.Exchange is only possible if the same product is available in our stock.Please not that the recieved product must be unused and unwashed.
